Wow…. been a while

wow… its been a while since I’ve even checked my blog hahahahah last post i saw was 2 years ago…. really a long long time since I last posted something…. Time just flew… my last post was a celebration of some sort back then when I was still a student and this post? well i’ve graduated some time ago and I’m now working at a company in makati.

Hmmmm, the company itself is ok… the people there…. they’re nice and friendly. Made a lot of new friends there, specially the people that were in the bootcamp just like I was… it was fun, it was a classroom setting where me and my soon to be fellow officemates were receiving our training and we were like one big class. The general training was 1 week and all of us were there…. then after that another training based on specialization, there we were broken up into groups.  I wasn’t happy at first since most of my close friends belonged to the other group…. but then after some time I came to love and enjoy hanging and working with our group. They were pretty fun to be with although most of them are nerds hahahah still it was pretty fun and they were friendly.

After the training were were shuffled, we were all distributed to different teams, aside from different teams we were even located at different floors of the same building. Strange, even if we were on the same building…. we hardly see each other during break time and such. But its ok, when we do see each other we talk and hang out…. but not too long, we go back to work right after.

Overall, I look forward to working here for a while. I hope I learn plenty of new stuff and such and even get to do exciting new projects or systems with my team mates. ah and yes congratulations to all of those I know who graduated from De La Salle University:D God bless you guys and hope u find happiness in the path that you take from this point on

Birthday Bash!! :D

sobrang saya! went to a birthday celebration / outing with formdev friends to celebrate the birthday of jas, jay-r, adz and danon kakatawa sobra at saya dn sobra puro tawanan at lokohan most of the time. went swimming at the pool there, tapos may bilyaran dn dun bilyards! tpos parang buffet na dinner tpos inuman at tambay tambay

funny moments:
-commute ng bus ksama sila jay-r, walton, calvin, carlos, ako, sir kaloy, rigor at si jao at barias adventure!
-times na kumakanta si dino at carlo sa videoke dun hahah from gabi nung dumating, kainan hangang umaga kung kailang 2log na mdami
-palaka! bilis takbo nila raine at jen from the pool
-times na ngsswimming…. dami un hahaha kktawa
-inuman sessions ( tapang ng lambanog ni sir kaloy!!! tunay lalamunan! )
-jackass nila rigor, carlo, adz at kalbo

sana maulit uli! hahah saya kahit medyo walang 2log at bangag ako un paguwi kow!

First day… actually first tuesday thursday class day…

today was my first day of my tuesday and thursday classes this term… it was so exciting because I was going to meet my friends again! I arrived at school early there was no one there so I decided to go to UM to get some cd’s, I met Q on the way and he accompanied me there. Then after that I went back to dlsu and tried to buy some notebooks, but I didn’t since the bookstore was crowded.

After that we went to the beach ( a place near school where we hang out ) and ted and the others were there we were just hanging around and I was reading a magazine that Q brought… hehehe after a while I received a text from bea saying she was at school and then I left Q and the others and went to where bea was.

I arrived at gox’s mini canteen where bea, jacob, gina and xan was and then I drew a map and directions on how to get to la salle from my house in bea’s notebook, it was for her neighbor. After that they went to get some food and then hsiao arrived. we were all hanging around and talking and then me, hsiao and gina went to our relsfor class.

The class had plenty of students majority of there were from BS-statistics and some were from BS-math… there were also plenty of CSE students there from our batch…. then there was an ice breaker game…. I felt sort of strange… I never liked ice breakers specially if they are too childish or something…

After that we went back to Gox where we met up with rane, bea, jacob, cua, tintin and the others…. cua, jacob and tintin went to pizza hut to eat…. where as me, rane, bea and hsiao went to yellow cab to eat, my treat. hehehe It was really fun and the pizza was big we didn’t even finish it so we gave it to bea as baon .

We went back to gox where we met up with jacob,kris and also MG. They sort of hanged out a bit and then we all sat down then liyan arrived. after a while they left for their classes while I accompanied a friend to a far away place…. some time later It was around 4:00 plus I was late and I was supposed to meet hsiao at gox lobby and we would go to our litera1 class together since we were classmates…. but I was late ( sorry! ) so she went ahead.

As I was going there I sort of got lost because when I arrived there, the board said that the class transferred to V205 and then when me and robert carag checked it, it was a bathroom…. so it was strange…. weird…. then we wandered around until a prof found us hanging around outside the room and told us the room was V405, he must have accidently wrote v205 on the board so we went in. We were told to answer some questions on the board and read some literary pieces…. I actually got confused at some of the works there because they made little sense to me… but I liked the other one the sort of short story….

After that me and hsiao went back to gox lobby where we met up with kris and then talked a bit, after a while we left…. I accompanied hsiao to south gate while I looked for our car and when I found our car I went home hehehe

Home?

I usually think about this now and then…. especially during my summer vacation, breaks and even on weekends when I’m at home. Is home really the place where I want to be?

for me, i kind of prefer to hang out with my friends somewhere else rather than stay at home, relax and not use my money for anything specially food and entertainment. I’m always getting irritated when I’m at home.

My parents are usually and always fighting every few minutes to few hours over trivial and small things like money for food, what food to eat, what to do later on, what things they want to buy. I never get bothered by that much anymore because I kind off got used to it. They fight like that almost everyday, at work at home and even at outings and family reunions. The only thing that irritates me more is my own brother.

He is so irritating. He is spoiled and thinks everyone should do whatever he says and everything that he says is always correct. He even corrects me when I’m trying to fix the internet or DSL at home. I’m a student that studies computer studies and I even asked my friends on how to fix the wi-fi DSL at home and my brother who studied entrepreneur thinks he knows what he is doing and is even telling me I’m doing everything wrong. He is so lazy and keeps on passing all of his duties and responsibilities to others. All of the chores and things that need to be done, specially maintenance, fixing computers and cleaning the room and the house he always passes it all to me. There are times that when he has a project and work he asks for my help… no demand is more like it. He demands that I help him with his work even though I don’t know anything about his work. I study computers…. and yet he wants me to know business and help him with business stuff…. He always keeps comparing himself to me…. he keeps saying that he works hard and all I do is just sit around and do nothing…. *!@^*@ ofcourse were different!! He already graduated and is currently working and Im just studying in college….. I hate him so much!!! hes got an attitude problem that he won’t fix , he always thinks hes better than others and everyone should follow and do what he says…. So irritating!!!!

plus hes older than me by 5 years so basically, he should be more responsible than me….. but nooooo

Outing with HS friends!

its been a long time since I went out with my high school friends…. recently JA invited me to go along with the others to go have dinner and probably watch a movie….

JA fetched me at my house around 4 and then we went to Ash creek to get Glenn, Ash creek is near our old high school. After that we went to Makati to fetch Niccolo…. it was raining a bit so we went to Niccolo’s to borrow some umbrellas. Then we went to visit our dear departed friend Mark Lua… the drive there was a bit long but the place was really beautiful and peaceful…. it looked more like a golf course than a cemetery.

After that we went to Rockwell to eat and hang around. We ate at Dencios and then after that we went to Starbucks and just hanged out there for a while….. It was really great…. It was actually one of the times I felt content and at peace…. I hope we get to hang out again real soon.

Im so frustrated and angry!!!! I would keep on saying bad words and profanities if only I didn’t make a promise some time ago that I wouldn’t say bad words anymore!!!

GRRRR Im such an idiot for agreeing to get these braces!!! At first they keep saying its for my own good and it would help me a lot!! but ever since I got these braces or ever since I started the operation and stuff to get braces…. Ive been in pain and I always get irritated!!!

I had so much operations and surgeries on my teeth that I can’t count them anymore…. I can make a (*@#@#& necklace out of my teeth…. and some of my teeth were broken down!!! There are times I can’t feel pain anymore in my face because I got so used to anesthesia and my face being numb almost all the time!!!!! I can’t eat most of the time because of my surgeries and now….

I can’t eat anything at all because of these damn braces!!!! Its so irritating!!!

Nueva Ecija with Jude and the others!

April 19-22, 2008

Weee! went to nueva ecija with jude, anton, capis and rico. There were only 5 of us friends who went there but there I met jude’s family and his other relatives! It was actually quite fun! everyone is lively and happy! We all met up at MOA first and then we hanged around there for a while then went to eat at yellow cab there with kyle. Then after that we went back to jude’s house to get his things and get ready. Then we went to fetch capis and then we were on our way to nueva ecija. We left Manila about…. 12 am so we reached nueva ecija about 2 or 3 am in the morning.

When we reached there we didn’t sleep. We played cards and then we drank…. we drank tequilla mixed with softdrinks and ate some nuts and gummy worms hahah we played up until about 5 or 6 am… I went to sleep earlier than the others cause I got tired from all that…. We slept until about 10 the next day and then when we woke up we ate and then we spent the entire afternoon playing cards again. Then sometime afternoon we went out to swim! We first spent the rest of the afternoon at the club playing cards until it was late afternoon or when the sun was setting so we could swim ( we were afraid of the sun because if its sunny it would be hot ) when it was late afternoon we went to swim! It was pretty fun specially with the slide! after that we got back home and then we ate and rested a bit then we walked to the billiards and then we played there until about 2 am hahah

The next day we played cards again and sang karaoke…. the whole day we just played cards and then sang and sang and then hang around until it was night time where we drank Me and rico had to leave earlier because rico was going home to pampanga the next day while I have a meeting in an organization…. so sad…. but we have our responsibilities…. so we said our farewells and then around 12 am we left so we would avoid traffic….

Formdev Retreat with facis

April 13-16, 2008

The much awaited retreat of formdev… what can I say… It was so fun and relaxing. It’s probably one of the best retreats I’ve ever been to. A beautiful place, with friends, plenty of delicious food and most of all memorable and funny moments.

One of those funny experiences and moments was the OJT, this is where we show the newcomers to formdev a sample situation in classrooms. hehehe its so funny and exaggerated. First was the facis did a scene where they were basketball players disrupting the class…. next was cheerleaders! it was so funny because the facis that were supposed to act and disrupt the class in the situation were all boys and all of them had to lift their shorts in order to make it look like they were wearing skirts! hahah Last but not the least they posed as dancers having a dance off in the class! it was so funny….

There was also a video shoot where we had to make a video, it lasted for quite a while. The 3rd day we had to film the entire day and we even reached up until 2 or 3 in the morning and we were still filming scenes. I played a role that usually appeared in many scenes. So I stayed up pretty late, there was a point I couldn’t laugh anymore even though almost all of the scenes that we do had comedy in it. Too tired to even laugh! but overall it was pretty fun! since there were many funny moments there. Like:

Waway’s Bloody Hell line ( used in the dinner scene where brothers vs teachers )
Thas Right! line ( we used this when we agree on something hahaha )
Tekken fightoff! – me and others got bored while waiting so we were all roleplaying the different tekken characters and immitating their style of fighting! it was so hilarious!
Danceoff! – some of the other faci’s were having a dance showdown! hahah

Jolly Land! me, paul, waway, carlo, adz, rigor, yang, raine and jay-r were in jolly land! enjoying ourselves and having fun…. there were times there was a marathon where we ran uphill without any shirts on! so cold in tagaytay at night running uphill!

Last but not the least! Graduation! ofcourse some faci’s graduate from formdev because they also graduate from school! Im gonna miss them! Pre, Danon and Lai! The graduation was simple but took a long time. We all took turns describing the graduate and then telling a memorable experience about that graduate. It was so funny! even though more than half of the people in the room were sleepy and tired! I was one of the few that wasn’t so tired because I spent the time laughing.

I really want to go back with the formdev facis again! Its only been a few days and yet I already miss them! this is one of the most memorable moments of my life…. the funny thing is…. the day that we came back from the retreat is the same day as course card day or the day we get our grades from our different subjects! so after the retreat we went from tagaytay back to school and there we parted ways!

I was so worried about this day… course card day…. because my performance wasnt good this term hahah, I thought I was failing everything and I felt like I really was because when I saw my midterm grades all of them were pretty bad except for japala1.

The funny thing is things pretty much turned out fine… I practically did a 0 on the final exam of japala1 and yet I passes with a 1.0, as for em-tech I barely passed, I got 72 over 100 which means another 1.0 as for stramis i knew a one or 2 weeks ago that I passed…. but Im the only one that passed in our group of 4 in stramis. Last but not the least, I deserve my failing grade in msnetec, I knew weeks ago that we were going to fail that subject. So hard to program in visual studio 2005. Can’t make the connection with the mobile device and the web service hahahah o well I’ll do better next time…
